SONIC FLOW
Movement is life. There is no box, no best, no worst, no judge. It's not about money. It's not about what you look like. Not about what someone else thinks about you. You are here to live and to breathe, and Sonic Flow is a practice to help you remember this. It's a subtle blend of many styles of movement to help you inhabit your self in a happier way. Everyone is welcome. Classes always by donation. Liberate yourself and be happy.
